I am passionate about wellbeing and staying connected to the present moment. In my free time, I enjoy animal therapy and horseback riding. My pets play an important role in my life and bring me a lot of comfort.
I am also committed to physical fitness, especially weight training and hot yoga, which help me stay in shape and maintain a good mental balance.
